Users who purchase our kitchens will have a two-year warranty period instead of the usual one-year period if they register as a member (free of charge). Any malfunctions or defects that occur within that period will be repaired free of charge.
In addition, maintenance will be provided directly by "Toyo Kitchen Customer Service", who is familiar with our products, for members only.

About how to join
If you wish to become a member, please follow the "How to Apply" procedure. The enrollment procedure will be completed when the application is completed. The warranty will begin on the date of shipment of the product.
About after joining
After you register, an auto-reply e-mail will be sent to you for confirmation. Within a few days after that, the secretariat will send you an e-mail confirming the completion of the registration process. Please keep your membership number (10 digits) in that e-mail so that you do not lose it. When maintenance is required, please contact Toyo Kitchen Customer Service and provide your name, address, Concierge Club Basic membership number, and the membership number. (You may also use the number on your warranty card if you are unsure.)
