We offer a Premium Plan with an additional 4-year warranty period
for a limited number of customers.

For users who have purchased one of the products, the normal one-year warranty period will be extended to five years upon payment of a ¥30,000 enrollment fee. Any malfunctions or defects that occur during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge. For members only, maintenance support will be provided directly by Toyo Kitchen Customer Service, who are experts in our products, for even greater peace of mind.

Information on joining

  • About how to join

    If you wish to become a member, please click the "Apply" button. There is an admission fee of 30,000 yen (tax included). (Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.)
    The enrollment process is complete upon completion of the application process and payment of the enrollment fee. The warranty will begin on the date of shipment of the product.

  • About after joining

    You will receive a Toyo Kitchen Style Concierge Club membership card and a membership number sticker at a later date. The membership card will include your membership number, name, warranty start date, warranty end date, and maintenance request address (Toyo Kitchen Customer Service, TEL/FAX/email address). Please be sure to check the information on the card when you receive it.
    Your membership card is required for maintenance requests, so please keep it in a safe place where you can easily find it. The membership number is especially important information, so please be careful not to leak it.

    The membership number sticker contains a six-digit membership number. Please affix it to the back of your kitchen door, etc. as soon as you receive it.

    In the event of maintenance, please contact Toyo Kitchen Customer Service and provide your name, address, Concierge Club Premium membership number, and the membership number listed.

  • Warranty Coverage

    • The warranty covers malfunctions and defects that occur under normal use in accordance with user's manual.
    • The warranty period for the built-in appliances in the kitchen is 1 year for our original products and the warranty period for the purchased products is in accordance with the warranty period of the relevant appliances.
    • Sliding storage units, sliding wall units, and sliding floor units are warranted for 2 years.
    • In principle, the rooms are for general household use, and other uses (cooking classes, kitchens, etc.) are not eligible.
    • Warranty coverage will be in units of one set.
    • Please note that membership may not be available for use overseas or on remote islands within Japan.
    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by earthquakes or other disasters.
    • The details of the warranty will be in accordance with the contents of our warranty card.
  • Notes

    • Please complete the enrollment process as soon as possible after purchase.
    • Please note that the enrollment fee will not be refunded if you request to withdraw from membership during the course of your enrollment.
    • In accordance with our privacy policy, we will not use your personal information for any purpose other than to respond to your requests for maintenance and to inform you about our events and products.

Users who purchase our kitchens will have a two-year warranty period instead of the usual one-year period if they register as a member (free of charge). Any malfunctions or defects that occur within that period will be repaired free of charge.
In addition, maintenance will be provided directly by "Toyo Kitchen Customer Service", who is familiar with our products, for members only.
