Residence of Mr. H, Chiba

A room in a resort condominium built by the sea in Chiba.

This house overlooking the ocean is a weekend home for Mr. H, who enjoys spending time with his two dogs.

For Mr. H, who usually lives in Tokyo, this seaside apartment is where he spends his weekends.

In order to create the extraordinary feeling of a second home, the interior walls were removed and the current floor plan of one room plus walk-in closet was changed.

In doing so, Mr. H focused on the kitchen. Considering the size balance with the interior, he chose the "BAY" series.

The "BAY" led them to decide on blue-gray + white as the theme colors for their weekend home, and they chose lighting, chairs, sofas, and other furnishings.

He is said to be especially fond of "Kartell," and Kartell items are placed throughout the room.

The "Klunker" light above the kitchen was a love at first sight at a showroom.

They enjoy coordinating their interiors in the same way that they think about the combination of clothes.
