Restaurant Il Aoyama

BAY was selected for the kitchen of "Il Aoyama," a famous restaurant in Nagoya that has gained the support of many food connoisseurs for its Japanese Italian cuisine that uses delicate sensibilities to bring out the flavors of the ingredients.

In January 2024, 10 years after opening, the store relocated in the city.

Chef Aoyama says, "The open kitchen style of preparing food in front of customers is the same as the previous restaurant, but we have brushed up each and every item placed in the space at the new restaurant.

The product chosen was BAY Stone Dark by Toyo Kitchen Style.

We also like the design and the excellent functional aspects of the Toyo Kitchen style, such as the sink and AIR FLOW. The presence of the BAY, with its "stone dark" panels and "stainless titanium finish" worktop, blends in nicely with the other cooking appliances.
