  • How can I confirm my order?
    After completing the order process, you will receive an e-mail containing the details of your order.
  • I did not receive an "Order Receipt Completion E-mail".
    An Order Completion E-mail will be sent automatically after the order process is completed. If you do not receive the "Order Completion E-mail" after a while, your registered e-mail address may be incorrect, or your domain receiving setting may be blocked. If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact us using the "Contact Us" form.
    Please check your junk mail folder as well, as it may be treated as junk mail.

  • Can I order by e-mail, fax, or phone?
    We accept orders only at our showrooms nationwide and on our website.
  • Can you issue a receipt?
    If payment is made by bank transfer, please use the "statement" issued at the time of bank transfer as a receipt.
    If you pay by credit card, no receipt will be issued. If you need a receipt, please pay by bank transfer.
  • Can I change or cancel my kitchen plan after ordering?
    Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled once the order process has been completed.
  • Can I order from abroad?
    Kitchens will only be sold to customers residing in Japan.

Payment Methods

  • What types of payment methods are available?
    There are two methods of payment: bank transfer and credit card payment.
    In the case of bank transfer, after the order acceptance completion e-mail is sent, the person in charge will send a detailed e-mail with the bank transfer address, payment amount, etc.
    In the case of credit card payment, only one-time payment is accepted.
    For both bank transfer and credit card payment, if the credit card payment is not confirmed within 10 days from the date of the detail e-mail from the person in charge, the order will be canceled.
  • What credit cards can I use?
    Credit cards accepted: VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.
  • Do you charge a payment fee?
    In the case of bank transfer, the transfer fee is to be borne by the customer. In the case of credit card payment, we will bear the payment fee.
  • Can I change my payment method after ordering?
    Payment method changes cannot be made after an order has been confirmed. Please understand this.

  • Does the shipping cost remain the same for all types and sizes of kitchens?
    Shipping costs are the same for all types and sizes of kitchens, as long as they are delivered to the same area.
  • How long does it take to receive the kitchen?
    The delivery time for kitchens is about 60 days after we confirm the transfer of funds or payment from the customer.
    Some areas, such as remote islands, may require a longer delivery time. Some products may take several months to be delivered.
    We will inform you of the detailed delivery schedule by e-mail.
  • Can I specify the date and time of delivery?
    It is possible to specify the delivery time. The delivery date of your kitchen will be indicated in the order reply e-mail. The detailed delivery date will be sent to you by e-mail directly from the person in charge after the shipment.
    Please note that if you have a desired delivery date after the minimum delivery date, you may specify your desired delivery date when you place your order.
  • Can I choose my own delivery company?
    The delivery will be made by a delivery company designated by our company. Customers cannot choose their own delivery company. Please understand this.
  • Can I change my shipping address?
    Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.
    If you have ordered the wrong delivery address, please contact us using the "Contact Us" form.

    We do not provide storage for purchased products.

  • Can I send to a location other than my own address?

    CARO2 does not accept returns for customer convenience.
    However, we will accept returns only under the following conditions
