Is the delivery route secured?

CARO2 is assembled in the same way as a regular system kitchen, but it includes large parts such as the worktop and sink unit. Make sure that there is enough space at the delivery entrance and the path from the delivery entrance to the installation site.

Check the following checkpoints for the proposed installation location!

• Width (frontage dimension)

  Check the space to see if a kitchen can be installed. Kitchen installation requires clearance (width of space for construction), not the exact dimensions of the kitchen.

  

• Floor level

  Make sure that the floor is level; CARO2 uses Air Flow (AIR FLOW) construction, so some floor undulation can be adjusted, but it will also affect the stability of the installation and the flow of water.

  

• Wall Vertical

  Make sure the wall is finished vertically. If the wall is not vertical, there will be a gap between the wall and the kitchen, and the kitchen will not be installed correctly.

  

• Corner squareness

  If there is a corner where the installation is to take place, make sure it is finished at a 90-degree right angle.
  If the corner is not right-angled, the kitchen cannot be installed correctly, for example, there will be a gap between the wall and the kitchen.

  

• Location and dimensions of window frames and fittings

  Even if the wall surface is finished according to the dimensions, the finished dimensions may differ due to window frames, door fittings, and surrounds.

  

• Location and dimensions of substrate to be installed

  The unit requires a solid base to be secured to the wall or floor. Please refer to the installation manual as it varies depending on the width and layout of the unit.

• Floor and wall finishes

  CARO2 uses Air Flow (AIR FLOW) construction where the unit is supported by legs.
  Walls and floors will remain exposed after installation and should be finished with flooring or wall coverings.

Check the following checkpoints to ensure that the facility construction has been completed in advance according to the drawings!

• Required water supply, hot water supply, drainage, gas, and electrical locations and
  Connection method

  Kitchens are accompanied by a variety of equipment. Water supply, hot water supply, drainage, gas, electricity, and other necessary equipment must be prepared in advance and in place prior to kitchen installation.

• Gas type, voltage

  If gas is selected for the heating equipment, the "gas type" must be specified. In the case of propane gas, "LPG" is used, and in the case of city gas, the type of gas supplied differs depending on the region, so it is necessary to check in advance. In addition, if you choose an induction heater, wiring for 200V voltage is required.

• Range Hood Aperture position and dimensions for

  Range Hood uses a sirocco fan system that exhausts air to the outside via a 150 mm diameter duct. A duct must be prepared at the required position.

• To ensure the safety of heating equipment
  Installation position and distance

  Please check Range Hood stove locations and separation dimensions for combustible materials in accordance with local fire prevention ordinances.

Where can I pick up my order?

Delivery of kitchens will be by car. Multiple consignee personnel will be required to pick up the package. Since this is a large package, please make sure to secure a place where you can leave the package. Please note that we will not deliver to the installation site or pick up the packing materials.

Have you made arrangements for construction?

In order to make a system kitchen usable, it must be assembled and installed by a contractor.
Please purchase our installation option or consult your local installer.

The set does not include parts for connection to on-site piping.
